It's that time of year again: Craft Fair Season! I can't believe we are already halfway through October. It's been a very busy past two months. Teaching after school classes with the fabulous Origami Mami, a temporary studio move, taking care of my three girls, and one injured cat, and most importantly, Getting Married!!! (technically we've been fake-married for 17 years but we decided to make it all legal this year).
Phew! Ok, now on to business:
It's officially ON! My calendar is quite weighty with shows the next few months. Here is where I'll be next weekend:
Yes! The East Bay Mini Maker Faire! I am a huge fan of this event. It's everything good that the bigger Maker Faire has minus the ridiculously huge crowds, heat, and parking nightmares. There is so much to see and do here, you'll be amazed how quickly time slips by. There are so many projects to try out, crafts to do, things to play on, and good food to eat. Bring your kids and celebrate the joy of learning, making, and playing on this early Fall Sunday.
I will have new hardbound books with letterpress printed covers, more books covered with vintage papers and maps, stickers, boxed cards, and stationery sets. I can't wait to see you there.
Hopefully my little table top press will be up and running so you can print your own keepsake to take home.
When: Sunday, October 19, 2014, 10 am to 5pm
